About the Role: We’re looking for a Zoho Creator Developer who is passionate about building robust business applications using Zoho’s low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and ZML, along with a strong grasp of business processes and integration across the Zoho Business Suite. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications within Zoho Creator using Deluge and ZML. Integrate Zoho Creator with core Zoho apps such as CRM, Books, Recruit, Desk, and Projects. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices. Act as a point of contact (POC) for client communication, support, and requirement gathering. Analyze and translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Configure workflows, blueprints, and automation across Zoho applications. Manage data migration, data validation, and ensure integrity within the Zoho ecosystem. Work independently to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. Prepare documentation, maintain version control, and provide client training or demos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator development. Strong command of Deluge scripting and ZML (Zoho Markup Language). In-depth understanding of Zoho APIs and integration tools (Zoho Flow, webhooks, or third-party platforms). Familiarity with key Zoho Business Suite apps (CRM, Books, Recruit, Desk, Projects). Knowledge of workflow automation, blueprint configuration, and custom app development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Understanding of end-to-end business workflows (Sales, Finance, Recruitment, Support, Project Management). Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface customization. Preferred / Bonus Skills: Experience with Zoho One implementation projects. Knowledge of API authentication methods (OAuth, Token-based). Experience developing custom extensions or marketplace apps. Exposure to REST APIs and cloud integrations beyond Zoho.
