You will need to achieve sales target on projects month on month through a team of 4 to 6 designers.Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.Target and achieve of 8 to 10 projects a month, by ensuring new projects bookings.Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship.Training designers to esnure sales & enabling them to achieve their targets.Desired Profile:Preferably a Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech | 15 years' of Academics.2+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.Experience in B2C Sales
