• Who are we looking SEW Testing team leverages manual & automatic testing to ensure a great product quality during product development and implementation.
We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture.
This person will work closely with product engineers, business analysts, and delivery team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Energy and Utilities. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his/her high product testing technique with timely actions. BE/BTech/MCA with 2-4 Years of industry experience
• OR MS with industry experience, ideally within the relevant Product Manual Functional Testing & Quality Assurance
• Highly preferred candidates with experience in energy and utility domain
• Degree in quantitative fields - Computer Science Engineering, or related fields
Understand and analyze the requirements and able to do gap analysis
. • Able to prepare and maintain the requirement traceability matrix at all phases of Software testing life cycle
• Competency to understand and manage the testing of end-to-end systems with multiple dependencies effectively.
• Manual Testing Concepts Well versed with software testing concepts and hands on experience on below concepts:
• Software testing life cycle phase and respective deliverables
• Test design techniques for scenario/test cases writing
• Test methodologies and testing levels i.e., Unit, Integration, System and UAT.
• Testing types – Functional vs Non-Functional
• Working experience in testing the AUT developed/delivered with Agile project framework.
• Analyse, define and create the required test data
Tools Hands on experience on at least one Test Management or Defect Management tool for example ALM, JIRA, or any Microsoft tool etc.
Communication - Above average communication and should be able to explain architecture of current project.
API testing Have good exposure in validating API's using any tool such as Postman, SoapUI or Swagger.
Selenium/Appium Functional Automation Tool Knowledge with Java and TestNG Able to understand the framework, modify existing scripts (Page Locators or test steps), configure and analyze the automated test execution
DB /SQL Able to understand how DB integrations works and aware about basic concepts like Join, Subqueries, Group by and basis select queries.
Certification's • ISTQB foundation level/expert level, Scrum master
Electric, Solar, Gas, Water

• Accomplished team leader who demonstrates a flexible approach, align with organization and customer vision, and deliver high quality solutions
• Able to establish credibility based on experience and skill set
• Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire innovation in the Platforms.
