Proficiency in Java, including advanced features such as virtual threads, pattern matching, and records — technologies that are still in early adoption stages. Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Kafka (V3 to V4), Azure. Deep understanding of JVM internals, including memory management and garbage collection tuning. Comfort with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring, and the ability to design, adapt, and teach Kubernetes constructs. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana, and a solid grasp of tracing concepts (e.g., Capability to translate business requirements into high-performance, resilient code with throughput and reliability considerations. Experience: 8 years NP: Only Immediate (Who can join in November) Java Spring Boot Garbage collection tuning Containerization (Docker) Kubernetes Observability and monitoring tools Pay range and compensation package Pay range or salary or compensation details not provided.
