Position: R&D Chemist - Organic Chemistry We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented R&D Associate with a strong foundation in Organic or General Chemistry to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with our R&D and process teams to translate lab-scale reactions into scalable manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about chemistry, problem-solving, and building a strong career in industrial research. Sc/ M.Sc in Organic Chemistry - 2–5 years work experience in R&D or Process Development - Experience in process development, optimization, validation, and scale-up from lab to pilot scale. Hands-on with air and moisture-sensitive reactions and chemicals. Proficient in analytical data interpretation using NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC, etc. Ability to document experiments, observations, and results accurately in lab notebooks and technical reports. Strict adherence to IP confidentiality and laboratory safety protocols. Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential safety risks. Work in a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization redefining the Agrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals space.
