We serve 200+ institutions and are expanding across India and the Middle East.Now, we’re rebuilding our product experience from the ground up — and we need a design lead to help us architect it.-Role Summary We’re looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end user experience — across students, teachers, EBs, principals, and parents.This is a horizontal leadership role — not a UI-only or ticket-based execution seat.You'll work directly with the CEO (Rajat) and Product Manager (Likith) to:Design core journeys (onboarding, fee, performance, payroll, AI features)Create and maintain design systemsShape how offerings are presented inside the product and on the websiteCollaborate with our in-house Product Marketer to ensure consistent UX and GTM messaging-What You’ll Own -Design Systems + Component Library Build and maintain a reusable design system for engineers to build fasterDocument tokens, typography, spacing, states, patterns-User Journeys + Product UX Map key workflows: onboarding, assessments, admissions, fees, etc.Create wireframes, flows, interaction specs for dev-ready handoffImprove usability across modules — especially as engineers take full-stack ownership-Feature + Offering Design Work with Rajat + PM to shape offerings like “Smart Parent Onboarding”, “AI Assistant for Principals”Balance usability with narrative — help features sell themselves-Design–GTM Integration Partner with Product Marketer on website/LP UXContribute to demo flows, LP visuals, customer storytelling-You’ll Work Closely With: CEO (Rajat) – Offering design, vision, product narrativeProduct Manager (Likith) – Feature planning, priorities, developer handoffMarketer – GTM visuals, LP experience, SEO pagesEngineers – Handoff and component reuse (Vercel stack)-You Should Apply If: You have 4–8 years of product design experience (B2B or SaaS)You’ve built or maintained design systemsYou can think in flows and systems , not just screensYou’ve worked closely with founders/product teamsYou’re opinionated, fast-moving, and want to own UX across the board-Bonus If You Have: Experience in B2B SaaS or SMB toolsBuilt products for non-tech users (admins, educators, etc.)Can write clean microcopy / UX textWorked in startups or 0→1 teams-What Success Looks Like We ship modules that are usable without trainingUX across modules feels coherent, guided, intelligentEngineers build 2x faster with reusable design primitivesNew features feel positioned , not just functionalParents, teachers, and EBs get it at first glance-How to Apply Email us at with:Your resume + portfolio (or case studies)2–3 examples of systems/UX flows you’ve builtA short note on why edumerge’s vision excites youTo Apply: Send your resume to with the subject: “Application – Product Designer at edumerge”
