We are investing into the growth of our F&I Compliance module - empowering dealerships to perform KYC and other verification checks and ensure they run their retail business compliant with federal and state regulations, as well as meet their internal and lender processes. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Retail Product Team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to the evolving needs of automotive dealerships. Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end development of new features within the Retail module, from discovery to launch and iteration. Mentoring new PMs : Be the product and process expert and help to coach new product members in team. Voice of the Customer: Conduct user research and discovery sessions with dealership stakeholders, field teams, and implementation experts to uncover gaps and identify opportunities for innovation. Data-Driven Prioritization: Leverage analytics to define success metrics, prioritize enhancements, and make informed decisions that drive measurable business outcomes. Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product releases. User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, scalable experiences that address real-world dealership workflows. Foster transparency and responsiveness in partner interactions, supporting implementation teams and resolving customer escalations with clarity and urgency. Contribute to API design and documentation to extend Retail features to the Automotive Partner Cloud (APC), enabling third-party partners to integrate with our features. 5-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or implementation for SaaS products. ~ Collaborate closely with UX design teams to create intuitive, high-performance dealer and customer workflows that enhance user experience and drive increased dealership profitability. ~ Experience in identifying AI opportunities and executing them. ~ Bonus: Experience with automotive dealership systems, ERP platforms is a plus. Play a pivotal role in building mission-critical features that drive Tekion's growth and industry innovation. Collaborate with automotive leaders, experienced technologists, and SaaS pioneers as you gain exposure to the full spectrum of automotive retail operations.
