This is an Inside sales job, where you need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp.Key Responsibilities:- Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.- Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.- Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.- Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.- Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.- Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.Requirements:- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages a plus).- Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, or SaaS sales preferred.- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.- Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.What We Offer:- Fixed salary + Incentives- Excellent opportunity to learn about Software As A Service (SAAS) business- Growth opportunities in a SaaS / B2B environment.- Opportunity to work with a young team.- Friendly and performance-driven culture.- Standard working hours
