We are a growing company in the field of Water, Sewage, and Industrial Effluent Treatment Projects .
Established in 2006, Era Hydro- Biotech Energy Private Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler, exporter, service provider, of Water, Biogas, and Solar Treatment Plants in Pune.
We offer a wide range of eco-friendly solutions, including Waste Water Treatment Plants, Rain Water Harvesting Systems, and Solar Thermal Plants. We’re looking for a Team Leader ( Proposal ) who can design the right treatment solutions, prepare accurate costing, interact with vendors, and support our sales team in winning projects.

Please apply only if you have past experience of Proposal & costing making in Water & wastewater treatment project company. For this role, it is important for the person to know process designing of various Treatment methods for water, Sewage water.
Select the right treatment process (STP, ETP, WTP, RO, ZLD) based on client requirements.
Prepare project costing covering Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation.
Liaise with vendors for techno-commercial offers and negotiate best terms.
Assist in techno-commercial discussions to secure orders.
Desired Skills & Experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in environmental / chemical / civil / mechanical engineering.
~2–6 years of experience in proposals/design of STP/ETP/WTP projects.
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, ERP tools ; Be part of a mission-driven company in sustainable water management .
Work on industrial and municipal projects with reputed clients.
