Project Manager-EV Product Line Expert

As member of the Quality Product Line ADAS/AD, EV, AI & Extended CX at SWX Customer Experience and SW Quality department, you will be responsible for the integration of the Customer Experience Metrics in the upcoming launches to measure, track and deliver a top 1 Customer Experience for the new platforms that will cover almost 80% of the 14 Brands portfolio.
This role will be to deeply analyze all the platform features along the customer journey, define the standard to measure the customer impact and set the KPI to keep under control during the development. You will analyze in deep the EV features to define the best metrics to measure the customer experience and the quality of the product. This looking into the overall product lifecycle, from the buy phase to the daily usage and even beyond thanks to Over The Air software update technology. Proper Customer eXperience Metrics and User Acceptance Criteria will then defined to track the development with the Engineering team. You will also be responsible to provide scheduled reports that certify CXM/UAC fulfillment rate for the platforms in development with focus on the upcoming models to secure a robust product launch.
The team will interact with expertise on Customer Surveys and Data analysis to better understand Customer complaints and needs and will benchmark competitor's vehicles to look for best-in-class solutions. Also part of the job is a strong involvement in product improvement on current legacy systems, directly interfacing with SWX Product Lines to address and resolve issues and complains from the Customer.
We are looking for a technology passionate with a strong background in automotive complex electronic systems able to lead the team through the different features and technologies. The position’s responsibilities include internal reporting, network management, support and mentorship of engineering team in customer experience and quality control of automotive grade product deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure TOP1 customer journey experience at vehicle level with the right integration of the Portfolio Epics at Tech SOP on EV features
- Define the Customer eXperience Metrics and lead the User Acceptance Criteria fulfillment for EV features on model launches and certification along the development and validation process with dedicated KPI
- Interact with SWX Business and Product department to contribute to the best definition of new features to fully respect the Customer satisfaction
- Work in SWX Product Cross Functional teams (Product, Business, Engineering, Quality,..) to ensure during the development to the final quality and Customer experience of the product
- Harmonize working process and methodology with other SQX Product Lines for CXM/UAC definition, target setting and survey/data collection analysis
- Develop a culture of collaboration, diversity and inclusion.
- Willing to take action and drive results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience in automotive Electronics systems and vehicle integration and/or customer experience.
- Bachelor in Engineering, Automotive specialization.
- Experience with component and system architecture of large complex on-board / off-board solutions including electronic, computer network and software.
- Experience on automotive feature portfolio requirement analysis, focused on final Customer standpoint
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially on SAFe Agile practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in User Interaction, Customer Profiling, Customer Satisfaction methodologies
