Should be methodical, disciplined and able to manage the entire 3 D production team. The person should have keen interest in 3 D arch-viz with a great eye for detail. Creative abilities like sense of music, filmmaking would be a plus though not a pre-requisite.Job Description:Manage the floor operations and maximize project/ production profitability using efficient planning and re planning skills.Ensure Timely deliveries meeting the critical quality parametersOversee the production pipeline for team starting from overall project planning managing budgets and timelines to taking an overview of daily tasks and accomplishments.Daily/ weekly audits of task allocation in assigned teams using internal project management softwareAssess and evaluate the works being done within the given time frame and re allocate timelines for specific tasks in coordination with Project Heads.Creative contribution to projects in terms of overall packaging of 3 D films/ concept etc.Load ForecastingSparrow Interactive:Who we are:We are an Experiential Design Agency headquartered out of Delhi.As an organization Sparrow has been in business for over 2 decades and with a 100+ strong team we cater to experiential marketing needs of real estate brands across India as well as Middle East.
