The candidate will be responsible to Oversee design concepts, BOQs, and project execution while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and manage workflows to deliver high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.Design concepts, layouts, and detailing for various projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Mentor and guide the design team to ensure high-quality output and professional development.Manage workflows, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance to meet deadlines.Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project budgets for accuracy and efficiency.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications.Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address feedback.Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.Ensure all design deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and align with brand aesthetics.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions.Responsibilities & dutiesBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.6+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong expertise in creating BOQs, managing design workflows, and delivering client presentations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.Qualifications & Skills:Experience with luxury or high-end residential/commercial interiors.Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices.Strong understanding of project costing and budgetingWhy should you join us?Above-industry salary + performance bonus + monthly bonusStock options according to performance in long termTeam lunches and outingsHigh-growth trajectory with rapid learningBest referral bonus in the marketMassive ownership of work & projectsDirect 1:1 time with foundersWork with an ambitious, collaborative, transparent teamMeet our Founders:Danish ChopraEverett Lynn
