Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven CSR (Fundraiser) Manager to lead our fundraising efforts. This position is essential in ensuring that Narayan Seva Sansthan has the financial resources necessary to sustain and expand its mission-driven projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fundraising and corporate partnerships within the non-profit sector, with a passion for creating meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising and Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including individual donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, and digital campaigns to meet annual financial goals.

2. Donor Relations and Corporate Partnerships:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and grant providers to enhance support and engagement.

- Identify and secure potential corporate CSR partnerships, aligning their goals with Narayan Seva Sansthan’s initiatives.

3. Event and Campaign Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute successful fundraising events and campaigns, both online and offline, to drive engagement and donor acquisition.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content that communicates the organization’s mission and the impact of donations.

4. Grant Proposal Development:

- Research grant opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals to secure funding from domestic and international organizations.

- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including timely reporting and effective communication with funders.

5. Data Management and Impact Reporting:

- Track and analyze key fundraising metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, using insights to optimize future efforts.

- Prepare detailed reports on fundraising performance, impact of donor contributions, and financial progress for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-8 years in fundraising, CSR, donor relations, or business development, preferably within the non-profit or healthcare sector.

-Skills:

- Demonstrated success in fundraising and corporate partnership development.

- Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, including grant writing and proposal drafting.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and fundraising software is a plus.

- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
