Required Skills & Qualifications

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years focused on AEM as a Cloud Service .
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Backend: Expert in Java , the OSGi framework, Apache Sling, and the JCR (Jackrabbit Oak).
  • Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is highly preferred.
  • AEM-specific: Mastery of AEM core components, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and the AEM Dispatcher.
  • Cloud & DevOps:
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager , Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex AEM and Java-based applications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certifications (Nice to Have): Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or Architect.
