Head Finance for a Wearabale Tech Company

  • Looking for a seasoned Finance leader coming from a strong controllership background.
  • Responsible for leading their IPO journey.
  • A leader who can manage audits through complex setups, manufacturing units and manage multiple complex SKUs.
  • Strong background in reporting, taxation and fundraising, inventory audits, etc.
  • Export experience would be a plus.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Managing the Finance and Accounts vertical - reporting, general accounting, FP&A, banking, taxation, compliances / audits, and MIS / reporting
  • Build & monitor the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly rolling forecast
  • Balance short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash flow, liquidity, and profitability, and long-term vision and sustainable organizational success
  • Planning and monitoring of cross-functional processes to achieve collection targets
  • Finance Business Partnering & Strategy
