Shaping and managing all aspects of the project in consultation with Principal Architects. You will have the exciting opportunity to foster team growth as we work to meet our annual goals. If you want to be actively involved in some of the landmark projects which are unique in Architectural, Structural and Sustainable designs then you should consider applying for the personnel interview.The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to produce clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.ResponsibilitiesPreparation a drawing schedule of the assigned project using the standard template.Utilize knowledge of Architecture, engineering and materials in order to create ideal design and detailing based on the guidance of Sr Architect.Creation of required drawings/ detailing in accordance to the schedule/ stage of the project.Coordinate with the site engineer and to ensure quality of work in terms of design concepts are achieved and adherence to standards practices.Oversee and update the throughout entire construction process.Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture0-2 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, 3D design and Rendering, Construction.Strong organizational, creative and presentation skillsProficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rendering Software, Photoshop etc.IndustryArchitecture and PlanningEmployment TypeFull-time
