Ltd. is a fast-growing, clean-label dairy and natural foods company committed to offering products that are pure, healthy, and delicious. With an expanding portfolio of 50+ SKUs across dairy, condiments, and specialty categories, V-Rich is redefining the standards of authentic, wholesome, and sustainable foods for the modern Indian household. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Branding to lead the strategic and creative development of the V-Rich brand. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in brand strategy, communication design, digital engagement, and consumer insights , preferably within the FMCG, D2C, clean-label, or guilt-free products and desserts domain. Brand Strategy & Identity Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals. Establish and maintain a strong, unified brand identity across all consumer touchpoints. Define brand architecture, positioning, tone, and visual language for the entire product portfolio. Develop a compelling brand narrative that emotionally resonates with consumers and fosters lasting recall. Conceptualize and drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. Supervise creative ideation, content production, and storytelling to ensure alignment with brand ethos. Collaborate with media and creative agencies for the effective execution of brand initiatives. Analyze campaign results and brand performance metrics to refine communication strategies. Digital Branding & Content Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms, e-commerce channels, and social media. Oversee high-quality content creation to enhance storytelling and consumer engagement. Leverage influencer partnerships and data analytics to improve reach and brand affinity. Product & Packaging Development Partner with the product and design teams to ensure packaging and visual design reflect brand identity. Lead branding initiatives for new product launches, including naming, packaging, and go-to-market campaigns. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing branding and creative team. Translate insights into actionable brand strategies for growth and differentiation. Proven expertise in brand management, creative strategy, and marketing leadership . Strong creative instincts with the ability to transform insights into compelling brand narratives. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and media planning . Experience with FMCG, D2C, clean-label, or guilt-free products/desserts is highly desirable. An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate brand health and campaign effectiveness. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communication from a reputed institute. Minimum 10 years of experience in brand or marketing leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior capacity. Experience in FMCG, D2C, or health & wellness food categories is preferred
