Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with strong social media expertise to join our innovative record label team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that promote our artists, albums, and brand across digital platforms. This role requires a mix of marketing strategy, creative content development, and performance analysis, with a particular focus on leveraging social media to engage and grow audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our artists, albums, and events across digital platforms.

• Drive the development of online campaigns, including new album releases, artist launches, merchandise, live events, and more.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that marketing strategies align with the artists’ brand, goals, and identity.

• Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns, improve audience targeting, and enhance customer engagement.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to promote artists and their content.

• Create and manage engaging, artist-focused content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) that drives audience interaction and fosters fan communities.

• Monitor social media trends and adjust campaigns accordingly to maximize engagement.

• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and insights.

• Oversee social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase reach, visibility, and fanbase growth.

Content Creation & Distribution:

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content, including video clips, promotional materials, behind-the-scenes footage, album art, and more.

• Ensure consistent content publishing across all digital platforms, maintaining alignment with the brand voice and identity.

Paid Advertising & Media Buying:

• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube, Spotify Ads) to support artist promotion, album launches, and live events.

• Track and optimize paid media campaigns for budget efficiency, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.

• Leverage paid social media advertising to amplify organic content and target specific demographics, ensuring campaigns are aligned with sales and engagement goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.

• Experience:• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role in the music or entertainment industry.

• Strong background in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies, preferably within the music/entertainment sector.
