Job Description Role: Operations executive Role Type: Contractual Location: Bengaluru Years of experience: 1-2 Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end processes in supply chain, logistics, and service operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling inventory, order tracking, quality control, and managing a team of technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: BDA: Service Operations • Team Management: Handle 8 service technicians under a salary model, including managing their schedules, salary processing, quality assurance, and addressing their queries.
• Amazon Orders: Manage the end-to-end job lifecycle—job creation, scheduling, and tracking job completion.
• Mygate Orders: Oversee the scheduling and completion of Mygate orders, ensuring all tasks are tracked and finished in a timely manner.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or service management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for order and inventory management.
• Experience in team management, particularly in handling service technicians or operational staff.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Skills: • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
• Experience in inventory tracking, order reconciliation, and quality control.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of service technicians to meet targets.
