Job Title: Associate Business Development Intern

Job Overview: As an Associate Business Development Intern, you will work alongside our Business Development team to identify new markets, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with potential clients. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in sales, market research, and strategic planning, making it ideal for anyone looking to start a career in business development or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and opportunities for business growth.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to better understand customer needs and how to address them.
Analyze data and provide insights on performance metrics, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
Support cross-functional teams in creating marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong interest in business development, sales, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Ceipal, Hub Spot) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
