Our Products: AI Match Making Platform - Whats App-first matrimonial platform serving 15,000+ users with fully Gen-AI powered matching and automation Operations Automation AI - Agentic AI solutions for complete business automation across industries Chatbot & Automation Solutions - Custom AI powered systems for enterprises What You'll Work On Develop backend features and REST APIs using Python Work with Gen-AI/LLMs - build AI agents and automation workflows Work on live products handling real production load (our matchmaking platform processes millions of match pairs and interactions daily) Validate and test features, debug issues, implement fixes Handle deployments and basic AWS server management Collaborate with team on full-stack features What We're Looking For Must Have: 2-4 years backend development experience Strong Python fundamentals (we use AI tools extensively - you don't need to memorize syntax, but should understand core concepts) Experience with any backend framework: Fast API / Django / Flask Good understanding of databases: SQL and No SQL (Mongo DB preferred) Ability to debug and solve problems independently Good to Have: Basic HTML/CSS, Java Script, or React knowledge Familiarity with modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, etc.) AWS, server management, or Dev Ops exposure Any exposure to Gen-AI/LLMs (even personal projects) What Makes This Different Product Company Experience: You'll work on live products, and learn how to handle production load and how to build features that masses use daily.
