Job Description:
The Client Accounts Manager plays a key role in managing and strengthening client relationships while ensuring smooth and efficient global mobility services. This position involves coordinating relocation, immigration, and tax compliance activities, delivering exceptional service, and continuously improving processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in client management, knowledgeable in global mobility operations, and committed to high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact for clients regarding global mobility services.
Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Proactively manage client expectations and ensure on-time, effective service delivery.
2. Service Delivery Oversight
Oversee global mobility services , including expatriate management, relocation, immigration, and tax compliance processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and service levels to meet or exceed client expectations.
3. Client Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their mobility programs, performance metrics, and milestones.
Communicate clearly and effectively to address concerns and share insights on global mobility topics.
Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhance satisfaction.
4. Issue Resolution
Serve as the main problem solver for client issues, addressing complex situations promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement processes to handle client complaints and escalations, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
5. Process Optimization
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Collaborate with teams to adopt best practices and innovative solutions for a superior client experience.
6. Team Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the global mobility operations team to ensure smooth coordination and alignment in service delivery.
Provide guidance to team members on client-related issues, maintaining consistent service standards.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all client services adhere to international laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay informed about changes in global mobility regulations to ensure compliance.
Implement risk management practices to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
Additional Information
This role may require occasional travel to support client needs and attend meetings or events.
