You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives — from problem framing and data preparation to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of advanced statistical, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex business problems.Collaborate with stakeholders to frame analytical problems, define objectives, and identify relevant data sources.Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets.Implement efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python-based data science workflows.Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve models iteratively.Work closely with engineering teams to operationalize and integrate models into production systems.Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, reviewing code, methodologies, and project approaches.Stay current with emerging tools, libraries, and research in data science and machine learning.Qualifications4-5 years of experience in data science roles OR equivalent Academic Experience (Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field).Expert-level proficiency in Python.Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.Experience with data visualization tools and dashboarding.Skilled in working with SQL and large datasets; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.Equal Opportunity StatementWe operate with honesty and integrity, where each individual is empowered to take ownership and make a tangible impact, united by our mission to drive meaningful change and push boundaries.
