Key Responsibilities: ·       Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to project handover. ·       Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and the client to ensure smooth project execution. ·       Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep the project on track. ·       Ensure adherence to the project’s timeline, budget, and quality standards. ·       Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, ensuring the contractor’s work complies with the contract documents. ·       Manage communications and document flow between stakeholders. ·       Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the client. ·       Oversee the project’s compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Requirements: ·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering ·       10-12+ years of experience in project management within construction ·       Strong experience with PMC, project planning, and execution ·       Proficient in project management tools (MS Project) ·       Fluent in English
