We work hard, we have fun & we love what we do Job Description: We at ELD are looking for a creative, detail oriented and extremely responsible Senior Social Media Manager to join us An ideal candidate is someone with a minimum 2 years of experience in an agency. Responsibilities: Analyze customer expectations, requirements and develop social media posts accordingly Develop, implement and manage social media strategies to achieve targets Create, implement and execute content ideas with the design team Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients and servicing them end to end Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors and collaborators Regular posting and creation of amplification plans Monitor posts, analyze data obtained and develop monthly reports Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices Skills and Requirements: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the media industry - someone with an agency background will be preferred Agency background (experience handling multiple brands) required. Experience in Beauty, lifestyle and luxury preferred. Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & Canva Team & time management skills Benefits: We work 5 days a week and have a hybrid model (12 days WFO is a must).
