Job Title: ETL Developer (With SQL and PowerBI/ Tableau)

Location: Pune



Qualifications

• AWS Glue Knowledge is a must.

• ETL concepts must be clear.

• Must know SQL optimization, queries, and data mapping.

• Data Visualization Tools Power BI (at least) is nice to have

• Data Warehousing and ETL (Extract Transform Load)

• Database in-depth knowledge

• Data Modelling

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus


ETL Skillsets:

• Design and create ETL workflows using AWS Glue.

• Analyze, estimate, design, develop, test, and roll out ETL solutions E2E

• Develop and maintain ETL framework and workflows

• Data preparation and data modeling

• Provide user support, guidance, and troubleshooting on ETL and data issues

• Apply best practices for performance, quality, and responsiveness of ETL workflows

• Knowledge of Dataflows, control flow, Event handlers, Errors, security, scheduled

execution, restart-ability, Project/Solution Deployment, performance tuning

• Contribute to development guidelines and standards for ETL data ingestion

• Ensure alignment and conformance to ETL solutions

• Work with Group IT domains and outsourced vendors to deliver solutions from the

requirement to post-go-live

• Creation of HLD and LLD design documents and Unit Test cases

• Manage business and management expectations for data/ETL solutions

• Stay updated with evolving ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI solutions and technologies

• Test and prepare ETL processes for deployment

• Support system and acceptance testing, refining test plans


Database Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with T-SQL code, creating Stored Procedures, functions, and

handling data validations

• Performance Monitoring using execution plans and Index tuning

• Design and Development of Database Objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, userdefined data types, and functions

• Development and implementation of Referential Integrity rules through constraints,

triggers, views, and partitioned views

Knowledge of Data Modeling with exposure to Dimensions, FACTS, and DWH

• Strong IT experience in Database Design, Development, and business intelligence

• Experience with Data Models and relationship management

• Creating virtual/physical relationships and indexes, exposure to ER and cardinality in

Data Model and DWH

• Mapping from requirements to test case execution.


Visualization Skills:

Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight,

MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)

Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
