Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, analyzing complex data, and providing actionable insights to support key business decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for problem-solving, forecasting, and financial planning. Key Responsibilities: ------------------ Conduct detailed financial analysis and create forecasts, budgets, and reports to support strategic decision-making. Provide variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, with actionable recommendations. Develop and implement financial models to analyze business performance and assess opportunities for growth or improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and projects. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards. ---------------- Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry best practices to inform business strategy. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. ---------------- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related roles. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Solid understanding of accounting principles (CPA/CFA certification is a plus). Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
