CTC : 5-10 LPA
Office Time : 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
Working days: 6 Days working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, maintain records of all schedules, and share timely information about scheduled meetings.
- Efficiently manage MD’s emails to ensure proper organization and timely responses.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, diary, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements as needed. Additionally, adept at organizing dates, creating agendas, taking minutes, and preparing all essential paperwork for meetings.
- Efficiently handle the Managing Director's post and correspondence, undertaking mailings and communications as directed by the Managing Director.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
- Collect and organize daily stock statements from manufacturing unit. Compile the information and present it to the director for review.
- Maintain daily production updates. Accurately document the information in the designated format and present it for analysis and decision-making.
- Conduct a daily review of employees' tasks, monitor due dates, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities by communicating with the concerned team members.
Qualifications
- Candidate with Prior 5-6 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel
