The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and developing new denim designs, overseeing fittings, and working with textiles to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic standards. Daily tasks include sketching designs, selecting fabrics, working on embroidery details, and collaborating with the production team to bring designs to life.QualificationsExpertise in Fashion Design and knowledge of current fashion trendsSkills in Embroidery and working with various TextilesExperience in Fitting and ensuring garment qualityStrong understanding of fabric properties and garment constructionCreative mindset and ability to generate innovative design ideasExcellent communication and teamwork skillsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related fieldProficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopNIFT/Pearl Academy graduates preferred
