### *Objectives of the Role*
- Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition to deployment, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay on track with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, adjust scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and changes.

### *Key Responsibilities*
- Define and maintain project scope, quality standards, and performance benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Structure and manage multitrack performance databases across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
- Build and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors, ensuring resource efficiency and quality deliverables.
- Assign and monitor resources to maximize team performance and deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary.

### *Required Skills and Qualifications*
- *10+ years of project management experience*, including managing software development and IT projects.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience as a *Scrum Master*.
- Professional certification such as *PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)*.
- Strong background in developing web technologies and software platforms for optimal usability.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of management.
