About Godrej Aerospace: With a vision to strengthen India’s indigenous space program, Godrej Enterprises Group began the Aerospace business in 1985. Godrej Aerospace started with developing high precision spacecraft components made of exotic alloys for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Since then, the business has been a part of every other Indian space mission. Today, Godrej Aerospace is an integral part of Indian rockets and spacecrafts, including those of the Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan missions.
Godrej Aerospace is also a manufacturer of precision and hi-tech aerospace components, assemblies, and systems, executing global aerospace projects as well as partnering with global majors like Honeywell, GE, Rolls-Royce, and Boeing for the manufacture of precision components. The business has executed numerous aerospace projects involving precision machining, precision fabrication, welding and brazing, heat treatment, surface treatment, assembly testing and supply of complex and airworthy systems and has garnered expertise in the successful development of liquid propulsion engines, defence systems, satellite components and assemblies, and dish antennas with feed systems.
Stress Analysis
# Stress Analysis
# Develop and finalize preliminary and final stress analysis plan.
# Experience with hand calculations, using classic stress analysis techniques.
# Linear and non- linear analysis (Static, Vibration, fatigue, endurance): metallic and non-metallic.
# Generate comprehensive documentation supporting stress analysis results for certification purposes.

Inputs to Design team for product and component sizing and testing team for test cases.
# Propose design changes based on stress analysis results to improve component performance and safety.
# Validate FEM (Finite Element Methods) models through comparison with test data and industry standards.
# Support and implement Design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) findings.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced project efficiency.
Participate in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, PMO, Cross functional projects and Business Excellence etc.
To ensure Enterprise Risk Management for Key Processes, Subordinate and Team Development and Adherence to Compliance and Safe Working Environment
Follow Values, Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and Safety practices in all work operations.

Essential: BTech : Mechanical/Aerospace
BTech in Mechanical/Aerospace with MTech Mechanical/Aerospace

Proven Experience in FEM (Finite Element Methods) software ANSYS. Expertise in material mechanics and structural analysis
# Fair knowledge of Aerospace NPI, TRL/MRL and value engineering methodology.

Work Experience Required:
MTech with 5 years & BTech with 8 years of experience.
