Job Title: GenAI Developer (with Application Development Background) Experience: 5+ YearsGenAI Experience: 1.5–2 YearsLocation: RemoteJob Description We are looking for experienced GenAI Developers who have a strong foundation in application development and have recently worked on GenAI-based solutions . The ideal candidate should have 1.5–2 years of hands-on GenAI experience along with prior experience in building scalable applications using Python / Java / Node.js / .NET .Key Responsibilities Develop and integrate GenAI models into existing or new applications.Work on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines , and model integration.Build scalable backend services using Python/Java/Node.js/.NET .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features.Optimize model performance and manage deployment on cloud platforms.Prepare technical documentation, APIs, and reusable components.Required Skills 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs, etc.).3+ years in application development using Python / Java / Node.js / .NET .Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Nice to Have Experience with MLOps , fine-tuning pipelines, or prompt automation.Familiarity with cloud GPU/AI services.Exposure to front-end frameworks is a plus.
