We are currently looking for multiple talented MERN Stack Developer(s) to join our development team in New Delhi. Need immediate joiners full-time or professionals open to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunities.


The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js to build and maintain web applications. As part of our team, you will work on building dynamic, scalable, and high-performance applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.


Must have:


Experience: 4-8 years


React.js

  • JavaScript (ES6+): Deep understanding of JavaScript, ECMAScript features.
  • Good Knowledge of JSX.
  • Knowledge on State Management, Routing, Lifecycle Methods and Hooks, Handling Forms and Component Styling.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React.js to create responsive, dynamic, and high-performance web applications


Node.js

  • Solid foundation in modern JavaScript features and developing using event-driven, asynchronous programming.
  • Express.js Framework
  • RESTful API Design and Developing Middleware and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.


MongoDB

  • Experience in data modeling and development of CRUD operations using MongoDB
  • Experience with Mongoose. 
  • Design and optimize NoSQL databases with MongoDB, ensuring high performance and scalability of data storage solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, package managers like npm or yarn and automation thru Gulp or Grunt is a huge plus
  • Experience with front-end state management libraries such as Redux or Context API is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of unit testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
  • Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of npm or yarn for managing dependencies.
  • Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and handling security issues in web applications
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for the applications.
  • Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working in teams, using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana for task management.
  • Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions effectively.
  • Follow the development standards, methodologies applicable to the Software Development Process and help other team members to adhere to the standards
  • Prepare or modify the technical & user documentation for the application, and develop Product documentation, training material for the developed functionality
  • Deliver fully unit tested and anomaly free working code for modules. 
  • Code walkthroughs, inspection of the application.
  • Continuously upgrade technology and functionality knowledge related to assigned work.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
