Join a global team that is redefining innovation across industries like BFSI, Retail, Telecom, and Insurance.Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate Manual Tester with hands-on experience in commercial insurance lines such as Travel, Fire, and Marine Insurance. The ideal candidate should bring deep domain knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive testing mindset to ensure quality outcomes for high-impact insurance applications.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test casesPerform manual functional, integration, and regression testing for insurance applicationsIdentify, log, and track defects to closure using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverageValidate end-to-end workflows in insurance modules: Travel, Fire, Marine, and related policiesParticipate in test plan reviews, requirement walk-throughs, and defect triagesSupport UAT and SIT phases with clear documentation and communicationRequired Skills & Experience:2–4 years of experience in Manual TestingMandate domain expertise in Commercial Lines Insurance like Travel, Fire, and Marine InsuranceExperience with policy lifecycle testing – new business, endorsements, renewals, claimsStrong knowledge of STLC and defect lifecycleHands-on with tools like JIRA, Quality Center, TestRail, or similarExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced global delivery environment
