Job Description – Marketing Lead
a. Master’s degree in Marketing Management Studies (Preferred).
b. Courses in relevant areas like Digital Marketing, Marketing Data Analytics (Preferred).
c. Hands on experience in using market research tools.
d. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Position is responsible for Developing and Implementing marketing strategy for the business.
· Experience : 5+ years in related field
· Location : Mumbai
· Position : Permanent
We are looking for candidate for following key initiatives of the organization:
1. Scan business environment as an ongoing process and identify opportunity spaces for business growth.
2. Keep a close watch on market dynamics and give inputs to realign sales plans.
3. Identify trends in the market and give inputs to management for call-to-action for better business outcomes.
4. Develop a Marketing Strategy and implement it to meet planned revenue targets.
5. Prepare an applied framework for Systematic Lead Generation and Customer Engagement Process that leads to the detail Daily Work Management of sales persons.
6. Conduct Insighting dialogues with customers to identify expressed and implied needs.
7. Prepare Messaging content and Sales Pitch for new products, customers and markets.
8. Create plans to enhance brand identity using Digital and Off-line tools.
9. Keep track of everchanging expectations of customers and give inputs to realign offerings of the organization accordingly.
10. Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development functions etc. to implement Marketing initiatives.
11. Prepare marketing budgets and track utilization.
12. Campaign management.
13. End to end management of stalls and exhibits in exhibitions.
14. Implement innovative strategies to highlight product / service differentiation and USPs.
15. Formulate KPI for self-assessment of efficacy of Marketing initiatives.
