Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at GMG Arctech. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for customizing, developing, integrating, and implementing Salesforce solutions. They will also work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure the Salesforce platform meets business needs.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect/Developer with expertise in Nonprofit Cloud and Health Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of nonprofit and healthcare organizations. This role combines strategic design, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect.
Deep knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud and Health Cloud , including their capabilities, limitations, and customization options.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and integration platforms such as Mulesoft or other middleware.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing settings, and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about system architecture.
Preferred:
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect , System Architect , Nonprofit Cloud Consultant , or Health Cloud Consultant.
Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud.
Background in agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like Git Hub, Jenkins, and other ALM tools for Dev Ops.
