Validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, or system configurations before deployment. Troubleshoot system / integration issues during FAT, SAT, and commissioning. Escalate major concerns / risks to the Project Manager with actionable inputs. Allocate daily work to Project Engineers and track tasks to closure, Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members. Ensure that all deliverables follow defined ISO/QMS processes. Submit consolidated execution status reports to the Project Manager. Strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, Drives, Industrial Networking, and related systems. Good understanding of industrial protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ControlNet, Device Net, OPC). Familiarity with MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office tools. Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement → design → engineering → FAT → SAT → commissioning. Ability to multitask and manage parallel installation / commissioning activities. High attention to quality, process discipline, and delivery timelines. Must be a BE (EEE/ECE/E&I) with a strong focus on automation. ~6–8 years of experience in industrial automation Projects/Turnkey Projects. ~ Experience in leading small project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
