Job Description: AQM is seeking experienced professionals from the Capital Market (Front office/Back office/Operations) domain to join our team as Software Testers for Capital market applications. This is a unique opportunity to transition into a thriving IT career while leveraging your strong expertise in Front office/Back office/ Portfolio Management processes .



Operations/Dealer candidates who has works into below division :

  • PMS-Portfolio Management Service | Wealth Management
  • Managed Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations, including transaction processing, compliance, and daily reconciliation for both resident and NRI clients. Oversaw migration from Pool to Non-Pool accounts, ensured smooth execution of trades, and provided daily reports to clients and the fund manager.
  • Front Office (Mutual funds/Shares/Bonds/Derivatives/Equities)
  • Managed RMS and OMS systems for retail and institutional clients, handling equity and derivative trades via DMA/Fix. Responsible for order execution, trade confirmations, client queries, margin management, and ensuring timely fund and margin collection.
  • Back Office
  • Managed daily back-office operations, including margin calculations, pay-in/pay-out processing, and F&O trade settlements. Responsible for stock reconciliation, contract note generation, and daily reporting of client and institutional obligations.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Front office/Back office/Portfolio Management .
  • Strong understanding of Portfolio/Wealth Management ,Mutuals funds & Brokers/dealer
  • loan processes, workflows, and financial systems .
  • Interest in or prior experience with software testing methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
