· Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination :
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination.
Monitor shipment schedules, optimize delivery processes, and ensure timely distribution of products.
Track key supply chain metrics to ensure efficient inventory management and stock replenishment.
· Ecommerce Operations :
Oversee ecommerce platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are up-to-date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support online sales growth, product launches, and promotions.
Analyze ecommerce data (sales, website traffic, and customer behavior) to drive improvements in sales performance.
· Asset Management :
Maintain accurate records of company assets, including hardware, software, and inventory.
Conduct regular audits to track the usage, maintenance, and lifecycle of physical and digital assets.
Ensure asset utilization aligns with organizational goals, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
· Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify and implement process enhancements within logistics, ecommerce, and asset management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and adopt automation where possible.
· Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams.
Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any operational issues.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Freshers in ecommerce operations and/or supply chain management.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and logistics.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
Location- Udyog Vihar Phase -3, Gurgaon
Working Days- Monday-Friday
