About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and services, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability.Research and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and frameworks.Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, model training, and deployment processes.Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
