Job description Job Title: IATA Expert US Travel (Issuance / Re-issuance / Exchange & GDS) Shift: Night shift (US hours) Transport: Two-way cab facility We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our team as an IATA Specialist focused on the US travel market. The candidate will handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, exchanges and utilize GDS systems efficiently to service corporate and individual travel needs. The role demands strong accuracy, fast turnaround, compliance with US carrier rules, and the ability to work in a night-shift environment. Complete ticket  issuance ,  re-issuance , and  exchange processes for US-based travel using the company's travel systems and GDS. Operate one or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book flights, modifications, refunds, exchanges, and follow carrier/industry policy. Interpret airline fare/ticketing rules, apply correct fare constructions, calculate differences, collect or refund as required. Ensure compliance with US airline rules, industry regulations, travel agency standards and corporate travel policies. Liaise with internal teams (sales/operations/support) and external vendor/airline contacts to resolve issues or exceptions. Work night shift covering US business hours; Handle volume of requests with attention to detail, while maintaining quality and minimal errors. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ticketing/issuance/re-issuance/exchange in a travel agency or corporate travel environment servicing the US market. Hands-on experience with a GDS (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo) in bookings, ticketing, exchanges and refunds. Strong knowledge of US airline fare/ticketing rules, exchange/refund procedures, re-issuance policy. Ability to work in a night shift schedule and to manage workload with shifting priorities. Comfortable working in an environment that demands timely turnarounds and quality. Certification or training in travel/ticketing (e.g., Prior experience specifically with US-domestic + international flight ticketing. Familiarity with corporate travel bookings, global carriers, fare calculation tools. Night shift role with two-way cab facility to/from Noida office.
