Service Now Architect to lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions for our clients with Min 6-7 yrs of experience in Service Now.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that Service Now solutions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities  Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

 Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.

 Stay current with Service Now platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.

 Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.

 Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions  Open to Do POC’S and Learning on Generative AI tools and not limiting to python coding, LLM Models etc Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related technical discipline.

 Minimum of seven years of experience in Service Now development and architecture.

 Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions, including integrations.

 Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.

 Have deep knowledge on Service Now Modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM etc..

 Strong understanding of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.

 Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

 Strong client-facing and consulting skills.

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related technical discipline.

 Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Knowledge on Generative AI tools and not limiting to python coding, LLM Models etc
