Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at Collabtec in Wagle Estate, Thane. The Project Architect will handle the project as the Lead Architect. A brief description of the role is given below:
Creative Architectural Design for the Projects
Conceptualization, Space Planning
Site Master Planning
Overall Architectural Design of a Project
Interior Design
3D Façade & Elevations
Design Detailing and Construction Documentation
Compliance with codes, energy efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration for successful project delivery.
Preparation of BOQs, Specifications, Tenders
Sound knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural Construction Technologies
Monitor project progress and conduct inspections during construction.
Excellent Presentation & Communication skills, and interdisciplinary coordination
Well-versed with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, MS-Office.
Qualifications
Architecture, Design and Project Coordination skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Candidates preferred from Architecture / Engineering firms active in the Industrial, Pharma, Warehousing, and Laboratory Projects.
