This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start their HR career and grow with a dynamic, forward-thinking organization. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our office in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting HR operations, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Qualifications Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management. Knowledge of HR Policies and practices. Familiarity with Employee Benefits and incentive programs. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience in HR are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. Key Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process — posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, onboarding documents, etc.). Support HR policies and initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Handle general HR administration and support daily HR operations.
