About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on IT Project Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot , Angular , and Microsoft Azure to lead full-stack development projects. You will manage and guide cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. This role is perfect for someone who can balance technical leadership with project management , understands the nuances of both front-end and back-end architecture , and thrives in an Agile delivery environment. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Angular, React (front-end) and Java Spring Boot Dot Net (back-end). Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality and timeline adherence. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on Microsoft Azure. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications. Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) and manage delivery through tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira. Monitor risks, manage dependencies, and resolve project-level issues proactively. ???? Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience with recent leadership responsibilities. Proficient in: Front-end: Angular (v X+), Type Script, HTML/CSS, Rx JS Back-end: Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Azure Dev Ops CI/CD) Strong experience in relational databases (Azure SQL, Postgre SQL, or My SQL). Knowledge of Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. ✅ Nice to Have: Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools. Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, SSO, etc.) Previous experience in domains like financial services , healthcare , or B2 B Saa S is a plus. Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are an added advantage.
