Must have minimum 4 to 10 years of experience. Degree in Interior Design from a college of repute is a must. (preferably international exposure of internship or working abroad) Proficiency in various software’s i.e. Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop. Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality projects. Design development, planning, making of attractive mood board presentations according to styles selected in the latest software’s. Ensure client satisfaction by taking inputs from client and sharing the developments as per project plan. Make regular follow-ups with vendors, consultants and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and collection of information. Preparing formats for the same and responsible for accuracy of all the data put in them. Responsible for interaction with service consultants and architecture team while designing and execution of project. Share their ideas with the designing team to facilitate the execution of project. Responsible for joint coordination with 3D visualizers to help them make 3d models with complete detailed panels explaining each object in the render. Interact regularly with all involved in project. Highly developed aesthetic sense in the use of materials, color, form, texture, proportion, composition. Ability to take charge and respectfully direct younger staff at all project stages.
