We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead our data efforts, manage a team of analysts, and drive key business insights that fuel Kisah’s growth. This role is critical to our business and will focus not just on creating dashboards but understanding and leveraging data to solve complex business challenges. You’ll play a pivotal role in areas like demand forecasting , sales analysis , pricing strategies , and inventory planning . By working across departments, you’ll ensure that data-driven decisions are seamlessly integrated into every aspect of Kisah’s operations. Business Planning Support : Drive critical business areas like demand forecasting , sales analysis , pricing strategies , new product launches , and stock replenishment planning . Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategies, from category planning to supply chain optimization . Partner closely with teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies. Efficiency Tracking : Own the efficiency metrics of Kisah’s warehouse operations (both in-house and 3PL), such as packing time , handover time , and breach analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Data Storytelling : Work on initiatives like network optimization (right inventory at the right warehouse) and improving customer delivery TAT. #Data Analysis & Problem Solving — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ability to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to answer key business questions logically. SQL & Advanced Excel / Power Query Skills — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ETL Process Understanding (Extract, Transform, Load) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Strong understanding of data pipelines, integrating sources (e.g., marketplaces, ERP, POS). Data Visualization (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Ability to create clean, insightful dashboards that tell a story rather than just display data. Data Modeling & Structuring for Analysis — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Designing logical and scalable models for sales, supply chain, and performance tracking. Accuracy & Data Validation Discipline — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High attention to detail — ensuring data integrity and resolving mismatches across systems. #Business & Domain Knowledge # Demand Forecasting & Trend Analysis — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Understanding of how to use data for predicting sales and planning inventory movement. Ability to analyze channel-level and SKU-level performance to derive actionable insights. Inventory & Supply Chain Analytics — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Familiarity with metrics like sell-through, inventory turns, replenishment efficiency, etc. Pricing & Discount Impact Analysis — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Using historical and competitive data to evaluate price elasticity and margin implications. Knowing how marketplace data (orders, returns, settlements) ties back to business performance. #Collaboration with Business, Ops & Tech Teams — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ability to translate business problems into analytical models and communicate findings clearly. Project Management & Ownership — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Strong ownership of key reporting cadences, automation, and business-critical dashboards. Building consistency in how metrics are defined, tracked, and understood across departments. Data Storytelling & Presentation Skills — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Turning data insights into narratives that drive business action. #Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio Expertise — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Comfortable building interactive dashboards with advanced visual logic and automation. Basic Python or R for Data Analysis (good-to-have) — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Experience with APIs / Data Connectors / Cloud Platforms — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Understanding of how data flows from marketplaces, CRMs, and ERPs into central systems.
