The candidate will be responsible for on-site service, installation supervision, and coordination for systems such as IP CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System and Video Door Phones . This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Field Technician, based in Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle service and maintenance calls on-site for IP-based security systems.Supervise and coordinate with contractors at project sites.Maintain and submit daily work progress reports.Understand and implement IP Network Architecture for CCTV & Access Control Systems.Be available for emergency visits/site handovers as required.QualificationsSkills in Troubleshooting and NetworkingExperience doing Site Survey & basic Network DesignStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent problem-solving and technical skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyRelevant certifications or training in networking are preferablePrevious experience in a similar role is advantageousEligibility Criteria:✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IP networking & electronic security systems.✅ Good understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, and VDP technologies.✅ Must own a 2-wheeler and a laptop (mandatory).✅ Able to operate independently from site locations (office visits only when required).✅ Willing to work extended hours in case of project emergencies or critical support.Additional Notes:Sunday will be the weekly off (support on Sunday will be adjusted/compensated).No other holidays apart from Sunday.
