Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge about Export and Import.
  • Maintaining Computerized Books of Accounts and entering various accounting transactions in Tally.
  • Experienced with financial transactions and preparing financial reports.
  • Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal Vouchers, Accounting of the Vouchers in Tally,
  • Monthly GST returns, Sales tax, Professional tax.
  • Making Purchase entries and Sales entries
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Preparation and presentation of financial statements
  • Preparation of Sales Tax (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
  • Preparation of Professional tax Returns (finalizing, paying, returns submitting and Assessment Completion)
  • Preparation of Form 16 and Form 16A
  • Verification of payments to vendors with Purchase Order, Goods received note and Invoice.
  • Preparation of Commercial Invoice, E-bill, Export documentation.
  • Bank Remittance.
  • Forex
  • Mange the FIRC
