We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at Evalueserve: The selected candidate will join the Private Credit team at Evalueserve supporting Portfolio Managers of a private equity firm in the portfolio monitoring process.Financials spreading (PL, BS, and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculationKey performance indicator identification and reporting for the credit review processCalculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing a detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach resultsPerforming Annual/Quarterly/Monthly reviews and populating associated templatesBusiness OverviewSWOT analysisFinancial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)Covenant performanceVerifying/Calculating compliance against a threshold (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage, etc.) Collateral analysisProviding Ad-hoc support to portfolio managersMentoring and training new joiners and acting as a subject matter expert for other team membersManaging the performance and development of junior team membersHandling Client calls and periodic communicationProviding project management support to senior manager and handling project-level tasks e.g. Delivery, Dashboards, QC’s, Training, Client management, etc.Regularly interacting with Portfolio Managers to discuss tasks, templates, and deliverables, and manage expectationsProviding input and ideas for improvement in TAT and efficiencySkills we’re looking for: Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute with 3 - 8 years of experience in the similar profileStrong Accounting and financial skillsEye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on timeGood MS Office skillsExcellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team cultureAbility to ensure that tasks for self and team members are completed on timeAbility to practice attentive and active listening skillsChallenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
